Specialisation

Carpet and vinyl only. We don't offer tiling, parquet, or epoxy. That focus means everything we know — every product relationship, every site technique — applies to your project.

Our story

Founded in 1985 by Bobby Chng.

Bobby Chng started Neighborhood Carpet in 1985 with a single crew and a focus on getting the job done properly. Forty years later, that principle hasn't changed — only the scale of the venues has. From the first hotel contracts in the 1990s to Changi Airport and the integrated resorts, the business has been built on repeat appointments from clients who know the work will be right.
