Neighborhood Carpet was engaged for carpet tile installation across common area corridors and selected tenant interface zones, covering approximately 5,500 sqm.
All installation was carried out overnight to avoid any disruption to retail operations. The carpet tile system was selected for its ease of modular replacement — individual tiles can be swapped out without affecting adjacent areas, significantly reducing future maintenance disruption in a live retail environment.
