Resorts World Sentosa

Resorts World Sentosa spans hotels, gaming, attractions, and F&B across a large integrated resort campus. Neighborhood Carpet was appointed to install carpet across multiple zones — hotel corridors, gaming floor edge areas, and F&B venue entries — totalling approximately 10,000 sqm.

The project required coordinating across different venue operators within the same resort, each with their own scheduling constraints and finish requirements. Installation ran in ten coordinated phases over ten weeks, with each zone handed over independently.

Carpet tile specification was used in areas requiring easier future maintenance and replacement, while broadloom was used in hotel corridors and premium areas for a seamless, high-finish look.
