Not every flooring issue requires full replacement. Many of the most common commercial carpet problems — lifting seams, buckled sections, localised damage, worn patches — can be resolved with targeted repair at a fraction of replacement cost.

Services offered

Re-stretching: Over time, broadloom carpet can loosen and buckle. Professional power-stretching restores a flat, tight surface and can add years to the carpet’s useful life.

Seam repair: Failed or fraying seams are a trip hazard and an aesthetic problem. We restitch or re-bond seams to manufacturer standards.

Patch replacement: Localised damage (burns, stains, cuts) can be patched with matching material where spare tiles or rolls are held. We advise on stocking a small quantity of matching material at installation for exactly this purpose.

Transition and edge repair: Metal transition strips, carpet-to-hard-floor interfaces, and stair nosings take heavy wear. We repair or replace without disrupting the surrounding floor.

Vinyl repair: Sheet vinyl can be reseamed, patched, or have individual tiles replaced depending on the product type.

We don’t sell maintenance contracts — we give honest advice. At project handover, we provide:

• Product-specific care instructions
• Guidance on when professional inspection is warranted
• Stain treatment guide for common commercial stains

How quickly can you respond to an urgent repair? For existing clients, we aim to respond within 48 hours for urgent safety-related repairs (trip hazards, badly raised seams). Contact us directly via WhatsApp for fast response.

Do you carry stock materials for repairs? We maintain stock of common commercial carpet tiles. For broadloom or custom colourway repairs, we recommend clients retain a reserve of matching material at installation.
