The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is one of the city-state’s definitive luxury hotel addresses. Neighborhood Carpet was appointed to execute a full recarpeting of hotel corridors and ballroom pre-function areas — approximately 6,000 sqm — as part of a planned refurbishment cycle.

The project required Axminster woven carpet to a custom colourway and pattern, matched to the hotel’s interior design specification. Material quality, seaming accuracy, and installation finish all had to meet Ritz-Carlton’s exacting brand standards.

Works were carefully phased to maintain guest occupancy throughout, with floor-by-floor sequencing coordinated with the hotel operations team.
