Conrad Singapore engaged Neighborhood Carpet to install flooring across guest floor corridors and back-of-house service areas — a combined scope of approximately 4,500 sqm. The project used two distinct specifications: hotel-grade broadloom in all guest-facing areas, and heavy-duty vinyl flooring in service corridors and staff areas.

Managing two flooring types within the same programme required careful material and crew scheduling, with carpet and vinyl works sequenced to avoid cross-contamination and damage.
